STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength Training Schedule
Summer strength training starts June 16th. We have two sessions,
Morning at 8-9:30 AM or the Evening from 4 to 5:30 PM.

Workouts will continue to be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. All athletes who want to play football in the fall must attend either morning or evening.
​
There will also be NO WORKOUTS from July 4 to July 8.
Training Will Be In The Weightroom at the High School.
Iron Indian
We have finished our season quarter 1 Iron Indian. Our student-athletes have been working hard, laying the foundation throughout the off-season program. Our winners who earned Iron Indian Honors this year are:
